I'm as crazy for the Twilight series as much or more than anyone here. I've read just the book Twilight alone over 23 times, which doesn't include the times I've read New Moon or Eclipse. I also read many other vampire books (in some its spelled vampyres), and no matter how much I would love them to be real, they are false. I mean you guys are all in your teen years, so be mature enough to think logically. People made these things up way way before you were born to explain strange happenings in their cities, but really it was a stalker or a disease in stead. (They also made up Witches/Wizards and Werewolves) The world also made up the Tooth Fairy, Santa Clause (Saint Nick), Cupid, Easter Bunny, etc.
I know we're all obsessed. Get over it. Think like the age you're suppose to be, not children.
Parakira i know what you mean by how they spell vampires, vampyres in other books. It really does bother me. I'm not sure why. It ruins the book. But anyways you said "I know we're all obsessed.
