When should I contact Habbo?


Before you email us you should ALWAYS check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) many commonly asked questions can be answered without emailing us.

If you want to report someone for breaking the Habbo Way you should use the Call For Help and their actions are reported to an on duty MOD as soon as it happens. We need evidence to ban people from Habbo and a Call For Help will ensure the offending Habbo is dealt with as swiftly as possible. The only exception to this is when you have been scammed, you should then use the Habbo Help Tool.

If you have forgotten your password and YOU KNOW the date of birth, and/or the email address on your account then you should use the Habbo Help Tool.

If you've had your account stolen and you need a new password for your account and YOU KNOW the date of birth, and/or the email address on your account then you should use the Habbo Help Tool.

If you don?t know your date of birth then you should request a new password via the contact form as above.

If the FAQ's didn't answer your question you should use the Habbo Help Tool to email Habbo.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have an AOL, Hotmail, MSN or Windows Live email address then your junk mail filter will probably reject our response, and you will not receive a reply. We advise you get another email address if you need to contact us.

When will i get a response to my email?

Contact emails are reviewed by Player Support, who will try to respond to your email within two working days.
Emails are answered between 9:30am and 5:30pm Pacific Time / 12:30pm and 8:30pm Eastern time, every day except Saturday and Sunday (and bank holidays). While we make every effort to reply within 48 hours, please understand that we receive a lot of emails and answer them as quickly as possible.

Will sending my issue twice get a faster reply?

Sending more than one email will slow down the Player Support staff as they will have more emails to read through. If you have received no response after a week, check your spam/junk mail folder. If there is still no response, then there must have been a technical glitch and you should send your email again.
